2002 Profile

This is what I have done for the last forty years:

Five years in school, seven years teaching, twelve years as a stay-at-home mom, and sixteen years working for Office of the Code Reviser in that order, make up forty rich years for me. Since high school I’ve lived in Ellensburg; Olympia; Idar-Oberstein, Germany; Athens, Georgia; Sitka, Alaska; and back to Olympia.

Wally and I have three children—Sean, 28, is married to Betsy, lives in Lynnwood, and is an accountant for Microsoft. Ian lives on the Stanford University campus and is a graduate student in chemistry. Quita, 22, just graduated from Western Washington University with a major in English and is deciding what she wants to do next.
