Membership Renewal

Renewing your membership in the Ephrata Alumni Association continues to support a worthy cause and is a perfect way of giving back to the school that helped shape your future and for honoring a memorable time in your life.

When renewing your membership in the Ephrata Alumni Association please do so by direct mail with a membership renewal form.

The Ephrata Alumni Association qualifies as a 501 (c) (3) organization and is therefore exempt from federal income tax.

Direct Mail: Print off the Membership Renewal Form, complete, and mail with accompanying check to the address on the form.
