My life so far has been a fairly exciting adventure. After college, I lived and worked mostly in the Seattle area. I met and married Bob Barlow in 1980 and helped him operate a chain of Bed and Bath stores in Washington, Oregon and Colorado. In 1983 we adopted our daughter Sarah and moved to Colorado where we lived until last year when we made a huge move to Cape Cod (!), so my husband can pursue his art (landscape impressionist), i.e., midlife crisis.

We bought a 150 year old house and business property here in Dennisport, Massachusetts, which we are renovating plus operating a gift store called 'Beans & Bears'.

We have enjoyed traveling throughout the past 25 years. This spring we went to Malta (not Montana) and London. We have plans to visit Brazil next year.
